Refund policy

We want you to love your Glamoura Jewels piece. We currently ship and deliver only within India, and here's how exchanges work.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only — no monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at glamoura.jewels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions for sending your item back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether the exchange is approved. Approved exchanges will be processed as a replacement item or store credit, as you prefer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at glamoura.jewels@gmail.com with photos of the issue, so we can evaluate and make it right. These cases are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement — your choice.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged once opened or worn. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind exchanges — these are handled through product exchange  only, as described above. Refunds are issued only for items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Shipping for Exchanges

We currently deliver only within India. Once your exchange is approved, we'll provide the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving this confirmation.
